New construction of a 950,000 sq. ft. building, built at a cost of over $600 million, that featured the latest in bio-containment technology for BSL-3 and BSL-4 labs to study anthrax, ebola, and other dangerous organisms. The doors, frames, and hardware package was greater than $5 million.
