Multi-phased renovation project in a 692,000 sq. ft. historic building. Work included retrofitting existing cast iron frames with new custom stile & rail doors; fabrication of custom transom frames to match historic cast iron; custom matching of endangered wood species to match original; and design/assist of replacement hardware. The doors, frames, and hardware package totaled $800,000.
