This $61 million project included 140,000 sq. ft. of new construction and 65,000 sq. ft. of renovation work. New construction included a 3 story bed tower, emergency suite, outpatient services, and central plant. Renovation work was done to the pharmacy, laboratory, surgical, endoscopy, radiology, and physical therapy areas. The doors, frames, and hardware package was almost $1 million.
