This new, state of the art construction project features a Fine Arts Center and Athletics Building on the same site. The 89,000 sq. ft. Fine Arts Center consists of a 1,250 seat concert hall, 425 seat theater, and various classrooms/studios. The 97,000 sq. ft. Athletics Building includes a competition swimming pool, practice pool, and 1,200 seat basketball arena. The doors, frames, and hardware package was valued at over $600,000.
